Important Information for New and Returning Patients
When you call our office at (561) 391-3334, we will schedule your appointment and will be happy to answer any questions you have.
When requesting an appointment, please state the reason for your visit.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete personal and diagnostic information necessary for the doctor to give you a thorough and complete exam.
To speed up your paperwork, you may download and print out the ‘Patient Information‘ and ‘Welcome‘ forms at the bottom of this page.
As a new patient, you will receive a thorough eye examination which may include dilation of your pupils.
Please plan on being in our office for about an hour.
Your examination may be longer depending on the severity of your condition and other specialized testing.
We suggest bringing a pair of sunglasses and, if possible, someone to drive you home.
Your vision might be blurred for several hours after pupil dilation.
Non-emergency and Emergency Calls
Whenever you have a problem or a question, please feel free to call the office. Our staff is trained to handle your inquiries, including questions about eye problems, arranging prescriptions and contact lens refills. If you need to speak with one of our doctors, please leave a number where you can be reached and your call will be returned as soon as possible. In the event of an emergency after office hours, please call the office, follow the instructions on the message, and your call will be returned promptly.
